Quite a tribute, it is a shame that we don't get to chose how long they are with us.

Watched one of the echo series with Teal in it truly a good working dog. As hunters we all share the good times and bad over "our" 4 legged partners. I grew up around rabbit and deer dogs. Shot my first duck at 11 and had to have a lab after that, 47 years and good dogs all of them with me, Never a bad day or hunt with my boat/truck buddies.
