Hen bufflehead
I need to pain a hen buffie. What colors do I mix for the head, sides and chest, and the back? Thanks in advance-Scott

Scott, in lieu of a specimen, which you can keep in a freezer--not the one the boss keeps food in!-get a copy of Francis Kortright: Ducks, Geese and Swans of North America.Stackpole Books--It is no longer in print, but copies are readily available.

decoy eyes
does everybody use glass eyes for their decoys or something eles any help would be great thanks

I use glass eyes but went a cheaper route than ordering the usual eyes. I ordered half round flat glass cabachons from pandhall. Most eyes you buy for decoys are pricey at 2 - 4 bucks a pair.
