Got alll my stuff cleaned up and put away, now getting ready for my daughter's wedding.

Turkey season kicks in on the 28th here in PA. Are you ready, John H?

Of course, the wife has me doing all kinds of things at the "Money Pit", pressure washing, roto-tilling, getting the pool ready.

Will be working with dog for sure and playing around with the calls througout the summer.

Oh yeah, squeezing in a week at the OBX over July 4th.

Got my birds all sealed up. Just waiting for my paint to get here.

Doing some trout fishing here...trying to get on the river for shad and stripers....turkey hunting next week....and most of my time will be with lab on the water...so I'm busy...

Dog training! The new pup is starting to turn the corner. His grandmother (MH titled) has been getting hunting specific training; retrieving from the boat, dog blind, etc.. Painting up the 25hp. on the Duck Wrangler this weekend, and waiting for the decent bass to show up in RI.

Rusty, I have to pick your brain about the paint job you did on your DH 15. The boat looks great!!!

I envy you guys that are getting ready to start turkey season, ends here in Mississippi next week and the birds have been pretty crappy. I guess they took a page from the ducks this year. Got a half dozen cedar birds almost in the painting stage and the boy playing tball so hands full down south.

Goodluck with the pup. Training is a lot of fun. I try to get out and train a couple of times a week.

Turkeys are gobbling like crazy on my property...one more week! Then chasing shad if we get some rain on the river...

I started carving foamers from the pink foam from home depot. I am looking to carve some buffys,brant and black ducks. They are really easy to shape and I don't need a band saw. Between that and working 2 jobs I have been really busy. Hoping to get in some striper fishing in aswell. I got some funny looks fishing out of my sneakbox last fall so I am gonna do it again.

Last I saw, looks like about 2" for most of our area in PA & NJ

Lots of fishing going on. Spring bass run is getting to be in full swing in Monmouth county.
