Duck Days of Summer
Hey all,
I am a recent transfer some of the other forums. How's everyone's summer going?
We finally have a break from this heat!
For a while it seemed to be a good time to be a duck, frolicking in the water and fighting the heat wave....................................................until October

Re: Duck Days of Summer
Cool shot Dan. I've just been painting on some recently carved decoys and enjoying the summer. But I can't wait for October.

Welcome Dan!
I was in Nags Head, NC over the week of the 4th with the family. While I was down there I investigated doing a curtain blind hunt as we have been know to spend Christmas and New Years there as well.
Other than that, been running the dog here and there and shot the bow a couple times.
Also, we started planning our annual summer "flocking" party.
Nice pic!

Re: Duck Days of Summer
Thanks. I have tons of pictures on the computer. Thought I should start sharing them....what good are pictures if nobody gets to see them?!
I have been chipping away at the preseason grind, but most likely will not get everything done that I would like.
On the plus side, I have the whole first week on NJ south zone off...the teal and woodies are in trouble assuming I get the mud boat project done!
That curtain blind hunt looks cool. I saw some pictures of one of those set ups. I'd sure like to have the tender boat nearby though!
