shot my 1st goose
Went out with another member Kevin Stupp and I got to take this goose. Never shot a goose before. I weighed it on the fish scale it was 13.6 lbs. I plan on making goose parm with the brests and tell the girlfriend its veal parm. Hope it turns out well

Nice going Chris. Those things are fun to shoot when you're used to ducks, they look like jumbo jets coming in.

I was thinking the same thing. If you can pass off a south Jersey marsh goose as veal you got some serious skills in the kitchen. And if you do let me know the recipe. Luke

the girl friend ate it and liked it till i said it was goose then it was yuckie. It was good but veal it was not
