best place for trailer tires local/online
I am gonna buy new tires for my trailer this summer. Now I have 4.80x8 and I wanna move up to the 4.80x12. I am gonna be trailering my sneakbox more this season and don't want 8inch tires on the parkway and expressway. Where is the cheapest place I can get a pair of 4.80x12 on galv. Rims? Either local place in SJ or online. I checked ebay and found a pair for about $130 shipped to my door. Someone else told me harbor freight has good prices. What do you guys think? Also should I go to the 5.30 and not the 4.80 any big differance in the two? I am gonna be trailering my sneakbox at the most 100 miles round trip. Other then that I live 5min from the ramp I use most. Thanks for the help.

I normally get mine at Tractor Supply, but I can get tires through my new job. I get you a price tomorrow.

Chris have you check at one of the Walmarts that have tire service. The one over in Newburgh NY has tires and rims not sure cost or size ot painted /galvanized but they always have them in their tire section.
