Friday Hunt..

I took a vacation day off today..and thought i'd take the boat for a good run since,i fixed the engine the last few days...it ran great and it was good to see my buddy's hat fly off into the middle of the lake..we both laughed..anyways we setup decoys and honkered in the blind of the boat...and did'nt get any shooting in at all..but we did see a small flocks of teals about 8 in total and about 20+ mallards none were in shooting range they were thinking about going somewhere else..also seen a flock of snow geese heading straight north..don't know what that's all about...there's just not any numbers around right now...but it good to open the throttle on the boat and it purr'd like a kitten...

Glad to know the boats OK, sometimes a good day is not measured by game taken.

As far as the snow geese, saw a bunch heading north while we were in Salem County, NJ last weekend.
